Established in 1994, Tanz Tanning has been serving customers across Scotland for more than 25 years now. Customer Satisfaction is, and always will be, our number 1 priority. It is thanks to our loyal customers that we have been around for so long and why we love what we do! Our customers make Tanz what it is today! We will always go above and beyond to ensure our customers have the very best experience at Tanz and that is why we are committed to delivering the following promises to each and every one of our customers.

That is why we encourage all feedback – good and bad – so we can continually improve and evolve our service. If any customer isn’t satisfied we want to know about it so we can put things right. Our focus on Customer Satisfaction was recently demonstrated in a customer satisfaction survey when we received a 99% Customers Satisfaction rating!

We pride ourselves on our fully trained and professional staff. All of our staff are trained to the highest level to ensure they can provide our customers with the very best tanning advice specific to each customers individual needs. Our friendly staff will help you establish a tanning regime and can advise you on the best products to help boost your tan. They can also advise you on all of our other services and our latest offers.

Unlike some tanning salons, Tanz offer a range of tanning equipment in each of our salons. We realise that each customer is different with different tanning needs and preferences and so offer a range of equipment to suit everyone. From the Luxura X10 and our brand new Luxura Vegaz to the X6 High Pressure Stand – the World’s most powerful tanning unit – we have tan stands and sunbeds to suit everyone!

All Tanz salons are fully accredited members of The Sunbed Association. The Sunbed Association was established in 1995 and is at the forefront of promoting responsible tanning. As members, Tanz are committed to delivering an excellent, informed service to all customers. All members must adhere to The Sunbed Associations Code of Practice, ensuring that self-regulation is promoted throughout the industry.

10. We have strict Salon Cleanliness Measures
At Tanz we have excellent hygiene protocols in place. Each and every one of our staff members is fully trained on our strict hygiene and cleanliness measures to ensure that our salons are as clean as possible. All of our UV tanning equipment is cleaned before and after each use and we have strict cleanliness regimes in place throughout the salons including continuous cleaning of door and cubicle handles, reception areas, vanity areas and toilets.
